The hotel was deluxe, with spotlessly clean and cozy rooms. The location was central, particularly good close to the centre. Moreover, it's just next door to everything, Krupówki and the good restaurants, the central bus stop and Krupowki, close to the local busses and grocery store.

One thing that impressed me about my stay was the beautiful decoration of the hotel's interiors. The attention to detail in the design created a warm and cozy atmosphere that was very inviting. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the surroundings. the hotel's central location was a big plus, as it allowed me to conveniently explore and experience all that Zakopane has to offer.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for seniors, it would be to have more staff available to assist the guests. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, at times it seemed a bit understaffed, making it challenging to receive prompt assistance or guidance when needed.

The room we stayed in at 5 Krokow was absolutely amazing! The flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchenette made us feel right at home. We loved having the electric kettle in our double room and enjoyed sipping on hot tea in the evenings. The balcony in our room offered stunning views of the surrounding area, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. The triple room with a kitchen was a great option for our larger group. And the stovetop in the double room was a convenient feature. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and spacious. we were really impressed with the room and its facilities.
Although we enjoyed our stay, I personally found the shower a bit small in our private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised with the value we got. The room was clean and well-decorated, and we even had a kitchen to cook our own breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and the staff, especially Grazyna, were amazing and always ready to help.
The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of options.

The location is just perfect - right in the heart of everything. And the free WiFi is definitely a plus, because who doesn't love scrolling through endless memes on vacation?
Oh, how I adored the shower right next to the bed. Nothing like feeling damp and sticky all day long, it's such a fantastic sensation.

I had a fantastic stay at a place called 5 Krokow. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the bustling town. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet, which was great for my sons. the host, Grazyna, was amazing and made us feel very welcome. the apartment itself was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved having a kitchen where we could make our own breakfast. Grazyna was also very prompt in providing us with clean towels when we needed them.
A great experience. Cons: No complaints at all!

The hotel had a clean and modern interior, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner/receptionist was lovely and always helpful. The location was conveniently close to the center of the city and everything we needed was nearby.
One major letdown was that the room was not as described. I was expecting two separate spaces, but instead it was one big space with a bed and a sofa bed.

The location is mind-blowingly central, close to restaurants, a Lidl, and the Gubalowka funicular. We were gratefully allowed to check in early. The modern interior is clean and organized, and the owner/receptionist is super helpful. The cozy room, newly renovated bathrooms, and kitchens with great quality impressed us. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit the city. The quiet yet central location was loved by my sons. The balcony on both sides of the flat was a jaw-dropping addition. The convenient parking lot with a friendly guard was a great plus. And we couldn't resist the nice pizza street car in front of the building.
